After shopping around the streets and markets of Chinayou will soon come to find that bargaining is an aquired skill.Whenever shopping for clothes and souvenirsremember that the majority of the shopkeepers are trying to squeeze every last dime out of youDon't let their intense behaviour intimidate youstand your ground.Usually ask for less than half the initial price and gradually work your way up in small incrementsdepending on how much you are willing to pay.If you are not satisfiedjust walk away.We guarentee that you can find the same productfor a lower price from another vendor.Keep looking and don't give up...

Weekend trip to Datong, a city in Shanxi Province of China.

The Hanging Temple (simplified Chinese: 悬空寺; traditional Chinese: 懸空寺; pinyin: Xuankong Si) is a temple built into a cliff near Mount Heng in the province of Shanxi. This site is located 65 kilometers from Datong.

Along with the Yungang Grottoes, the Hanging Temple is one of the main tourist attractions and historical sites in the Datong area. Built more than 1400 years ago, this temple is unique not only for its location on a sheer precipice but also because it includes Buddhist, Taoist, and Confucian elements.
